Discounted Membership Rates for Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield Members

A medical evacuation can cost $200,000 or more. But with AirMed, the full cost of the flight, medical staffing and ground transportation needed to safely transport you is included with your membership. And an annual membership provides up to two evacuations per membership year.

 

To become a member, AirMed does not need any information about your current or past health status on their membership application. However, individuals who are hospitalized at the time of enrollment are not eligible for transport services for that hospitalization. There are some restrictions regarding organ transplants available in the Terms and Conditions.

 

Individual or Family AirMed Traveler memberships are available to persons up to age 75.

 

*As long as it's 150 miles away from your home, and you cannot travel by commercial means (e.g. an airplane, cruise ship or rental car).
